Replacement Policy

An item supplied by Siddaguru can be replaced, at no extra cost, through our Online Returns Centre, provided it fulfils certain conditions. Siddaguru offers free replacement for Grocery, Herbals, Clothing and Imitation Jewellery. Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

An Items purchased online and that can be returned because it arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

Note: If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned amount will be issued.

Conditions for Free Replacement

All  Eligible items, which are in stock with same seller (exact same item), are eligible for a free replacement. We will ship the replacement through standard shipping once we receive the original order. You may request for a replacement if any of the following apply:

  1. Damaged item received
  2. Item is missing parts or accessories
  3. Item received is different from what was ordered
  4. Defective item/does not work properly

For items supplied by third-party sellers – We are unable to initiate a replacement or refund for items supplied by third-party sellers. For replacements for missing parts or accessories, please refer to the Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories section below.
