If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you before your purchase and after your purchase. We offer “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers.  We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with it.


We trust our users and that’s why Siddaguru offers a full or partial refund within 30 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. Please login and raise a ticket here with in 7 days of receipt of the product.  The Refund may takes 2-7 days to after we receive and process your return, reflect in your account depends upon Payment Method/ Card Issuer’s policies. Refunds in form of cheques can take 12-15 business days to arrive via post. Refund in the form of Gift Cards/Gift Coupons can take 1 business day. However we have updated policy 

Cancellation before Shipment

If the orders / items that you want to cancel before shipment, you may login (You need to register during placing the order/proceed to checkout) and cancel the order from my-account or fill the request form to cancel the Order or Items. We will act appropriately and help you to modify the Order or Items.
If order has been placed as guest checkout please write to or fill the form.

Cancellation Post Shipment   

The copy of your order / list of purchased items will be transferred to shipment section for further delivery. During this transaction the status of order will change to complete. To understand the shipment status checks your mail confirmation or login to my account to verify the order status.

Eligibility of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Steps 1Print your label, Step 2: Prepare your package for return, Step 3: Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.
  1. Product which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
  2. Products which you received are not as per description/by mistake dispatched item other than you ordered.
  3. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.
Consumable products like Food, Beverages, Herbals, Ayurvedic, Cosmetics, Furniture, Craft Items and custom stitched are neither refundable nor replaceable.  


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within One day. You will receive the credit within 2-7 of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds in form of cheques can take 12-15 business days to arrive via post. Refund in the form of Gift Cards can take 1 business day.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Not applicable Local Pickup shipping class). Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
